Our Process at Bowlifi

Design Process

At Bowlifi, we blend advanced technology with expert creativity to deliver custom bowling apparel quickly and efficiently. Approximately 60% of our orders are processed through our proprietary design automation system, which generates a design proof within 2-3 hours.

The remaining 40% of orders require hands-on attention from our design team. These are queued in the order they're received, and we typically send your initial proof within 24-48 hours. Once assigned, your project remains at the top of the queue until all requested designs are completed.

Design Approval

When your design is ready, we'l email you a link to your design approval page, where you can:

• Approve your design
• Submit revision requests

To help our designers work quickly and accurately, we recommend the following when requesting changes:

• Number each revision separately
• Specify whether a change applies to all items (e.g., for team orders) or just an individual jersey

Clear, detailed feedback helps us move from concept to final approval in as few rounds as possible.

Manufacturing & Production

Most Bowlifi jerseys are customized and made-to-order, starting as blank white fabric. Once your design is approved, production begins:

1. Your design is printed and dyed onto the fabric
2. Panels are cut, sewn, and assembled
3. Each jersey undergoes a quality review
4. Final items are packaged and sent to our distribution center in Franklin, TN for shipping

Standard production (which is the time from order approval to shipping) takes 2-3 weeks, but we publish a 3-4 week lead time to account shipping and any other unexpected delays. Please note that the estimated shipping date is provided on the Order Tracking page once the order is received by the production team.

Order Tracking

We avoid overwhelming your inbox with order updates. Instead, once your proof is ready, we will send you a link to your approval page. In the top-right corner of that page, you'll find a green “Track Order” button, which takes you to your personalized Order Status page.
